Leads
Plowing through hundreds of low-quality leads, hoping for that one real potential client is frustrating, demoralizing, and frankly a waste of time. At Sage Realty Group, we believe that quality trumps quantity every time. While we may not have the highest number of leads, our high-intent leads are worth their weight in gold, as they come to you ready to engage. Plus, you’ll enjoy a generous 75/25 commission split when you close those leads, a testament to our commitment to empowering you while fostering a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 30 years in a specialized area of finance that honed my skills as the trusted advisor to the C-suite, the manager of expectations, the keeper of (literally) billion-dollar secrets, the facilitator of high-dollar/high-emotion transactions, and the ever-present “fixer.” Looking back, it feels as if I’ve been preparing all those years for my current role without even knowing it.
I’m excited to bring those talents to the Tennessee Valley real estate market in the Sage Realty Group. I chose to start Sage because I recognized that there was a better way to create value for customers by solving real estate problems, not buying and selling properties.
My wife of 30 years, Lisa, and I have called Madison home for the past 12 years. We have amazing adult triplet sons, Ben, Grant, and Will. Grant and Ben are engineers and live in the Huntsville/Madison area while Will is an attorney in New York City. My spare time is filled with woodworking, travel, home improvement projects, real estate investing, and enjoying the growing list of cultural and entertainment options in Huntsville.

I received my B.S. from Athens State University in 2003 and my J.D. from The Cumberland School of Law in 2006. I am admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Alabama. Prior to opening Bold, I was an attorney with Stephens Millirons, P.C./Rocket City Title Company and was a Partner in the law firm of Paulus Jaqubino, P.C. I currently focus on both residential and commercial origination and REO closings. I am able to leverage my litigation and negotiation experience to assist clients in quickly resolving any title issues to avoid unnecessary closing delays. I am an adjunct Professor at Athens State University, teaching business and federal contract law.
I have been married to the beautiful and brilliant Sandy Jaqubino for 20 years and we have 2 amazing kids, Sophia and Vincent. I enjoy classic cars, hunting, fishing, and playing guitar.
