Bob is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped us negotiate a very agreeable price on a house that we bought, and also was able to work many repairs into the deal. For a few repair items that got missed by the contractor, Bob went above and beyond and actually did the work himself. Bob is also extremely communicative, and kept us very well informed along the way. This was especially helpful since we were not able to be physically present during the buying process. I would 100% recommend Bob to anyone looking for an agent.
