Q1. Do I have to use Bold Title if I am with Sage Realty Group?
A1. No. Although one of the founders, Joel Jaqubino, owns Bold Title, you are free to use any vendors (title agents, inspectors, lenders, etc) that you have an existing relationship with.
Q2. How do I get hold of my Broker at Sage Realty Group?
A2. Being a real estate agent is challenging enough without wondering how long it will take your broker to get back to you on urgent requests. You NEED to be able to reach your broker. Sage Realty Group’s broker is available from 7:00 AM until 10:00PM. Every day. Reach out via call, text, email, in that order of urgency. Calls and texts will be responded to within 30 minutes, guaranteed, or we’ll waive your next month’s T&C fee.
But its not just about availablity. Upon joining Sage Realty Group, your broker dedicates time to helping you prepare a personalized success plan based on your goals, your other commitments, and the reality of the current housing market. Count on monthly (at least) check-ins to see how the plan is working. We intend to grow Sage Realty, but quality – not quantity – of agents will always be our driving force.
Q3. What are the splits?
A3. Refer to the “Agent Programs” handout. In general, senior agents (over $5mm volume during previous 12 months) get a 90/10 split on SOI closes with no monthly T&C fee. Brokerage leads are at 75/25. Associate Agents ($1-5mm volume over past 12 months) get 90/10 on SOI, 75/25 on leads. Initiate Agents have 72/25 on SOI and 50/50 on leads.

Q7. What does my monthly $100 Technology and Compliance fee cover?
A7. The T&C fee covers Errors and Omissions Insurance and closing compliance costs. We offer the choice of two CRM platforms but recognize that the best CRM is the one that you will actually use. We also have an in-house option if you like having a Closing Coordinator for your deals.
