On the surface, there isn’t much to differentiate a new home purchase from an existing home purchase.  In both cases, there are two parties, a buyer and a seller, each looking for the best deal they can get.  But here’s the rub…home builders negotiate with buyers on an almost DAILY basis, while a buyer may only get into a home buying negotiation once every 5 to 10 YEARS.  You need an advocate…someone looking out for your best ineterests and familiar with what can and cannoy be negotiated with a builder.  Don’t go it alone!
